Treehouse4Two is a Central Highlands Rural Health (CHRH) program funded by the Department of Health and Aged Care.
As an Authorised Service Provider of the Staying at Home program, CHRH is dedicated to providing a range of services for older people and those living with dementia.
Our services include residential aged care facilities in Daylesford, Trentham, and Creswick, as well as hospitals in Kyneton, Creswick, and Daylesford.
We also offer community nursing, community health services, including a Dementia Carers Group in Daylesford, the Treehouse dementia social support program, and general social support programs. Our core purpose is to deliver personalised, safe, effective, and right care for every person, every time.
We strive to meet the current and future healthcare needs of our growing and aging population in the region.
